Curious Frog Theatre Company will be performing Julius Caesar in Battery Park tonight, Thursday September 1st, at 6pm, on the lawn in front of Castle Clinton and the Statue of Liberty ferry entrance.

Julius Caesar: http://www.nyitawards.com/oobshows/show.asp?showID=2101Julius Caesar features James Ware as an African-American Caesar, with a diverse cast of 7 women and 7 men playing the rest of the roles, including the fighter roles. Director Robert Dyckman says, “You’ll witness firsthand the intrigue as Brutus and his conspirators plot against a tyrannical dictator who threatens to rob them of their freedom, and the consequences of their actions and fatal flaws as they struggle to save the Roman Republic - complete with an exciting and epic battle fought with swords, shields and spears!”
